Role: Key Responsibilities: Pre and post contract team leader; Client point of contact for multiple project delivery; Managing subordinate QSs. Pre-contract: Feasibilities, cost planning and estimating, Bill of Quantity productions, tender evaluation, analysis, negotiations and recommendations, value engineering, risk management, etc. Post-contract: Commercial management of contract (POMI and FIDIC Red Books), contract administration (contractual and commercial correspondences, claims, delay analysis etc.), management of bonds, insurances and guarantee logs, interim valuations and payment certificates, variations analysis, identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks, compilation of detailed progress/ cost reports, weekly and monthly reporting to client representative on all commercial issues and heading commercial meetings.

Role: Cost Control, Payments, Change Management, Cost Reporting, Post Contract Administration and Alternative Dispute Resolution and managing the PQS consultancy assisting.

Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor: Prequalification of Project Manager/ Consultants, prepare RFP, float services tender, evaluation, recommendation and appointment. Preparing Project Management/ Consultant service agreement, review amendment proposed by Project Manager/Consultants and signoff from concern parties. Part of design workshop meeting, review design, advice/obtain value engineering options. Coordination and follow-up with Project Manager/ Consultants and maintain programme. Review/recommend the additional fees/claims based on the contract for the services of the Project Manager/ Consultants. Review and recommend Project Cost Estimate submitted by project manager /consultant. Review/approve tender documentation including pre-tender estimate. Review/Approve Contract Documentation and responsible for impartial interpretation of the Contracts Documents, clauses of agreements and reviewing project documentation ensuring compliances with the Employer’s templates and procedures. Participate tender opening, reviewing tender evaluation report and recommendation. Prepare letter of intent and letter of award and managing the PQS consultancy assisting.

Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor: Review and recommend Project Cost Estimate submitted by project manager/consultant. Review/approve tender documentation including pre-tender estimate. Review/Approve Contract Documentation and responsible for impartial interpretation of the Contracts Documents, clauses of agreements and reviewing project documentation ensuring compliances with the Employer’s templates and procedures. Participate tender opening, reviewing tender evaluation report and recommendation. Prepare letter of intent and letter of award.

Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor: Appointing Consultants and Contractors, CAPEX preparation, Cost Reporting, EOT claim report and recommendation, final account, Main contractor, consultants & Project management companies payments and Project Management/Consultant service agreement and managing the PQS consultancy assisting.

Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor: Design workshop meeting, review design, advice/obtain value engineering options, Coordination and follow-up with Project Manager/Consultants and maintain programme, Review and recommend Project Cost Estimate submitted by project manager/consultant, participate tender opening, reviewing tender evaluation report and recommendation, TOC, DLC, statement of discharge and Final Account settlement, Main contractor & consultant’s payments, cost reporting and drafting of contractual correspondence.

Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor: Variations, negotiate & agreeing variations with the client. Prepare and produce Cost Plans – elemental cost breakdown including measurement of quantities and costing, Preliminary Estimation, Cost Planning and Pre Tender Estimation. Prepare and produce tender documents for main contract works. This includes define scope of works, establish particular conditions of contract, advise provisional sum amount, prepare bills of quantities, compile specifications and drawings and monitor subordinates taking off quantities, etc and Cost Control, Change Management, Cost Reporting, Post Contract Administration. Checking and verifying the adequacy and accuracy of insurance, CAR, workmanship and plant & machinery, performance bond and advance payment bond. Inviting, getting quotations, scrutinizing and negotiation & finalizing the nominated subcontractors. Cost control during construction. This includes identify, monitor and evaluate variation claims by the Contractor.
