DELIVERABLES & SCOPE

Preparation of bills of Quantities based on the agreed method of measurements through drawings and specifications.

Preparation of tender documentation comprising Invitation to tender, Volume I (Conditions of Contract), Volume II (Specifications), Volume III (Pricing preambles and BOQ), and Volume IV (Drawings).

Prepare priced BOQ (Fair Price Estimate), prior to receiving tender packages.

Tender stage assistance with queries, circulars, and preparation of Tender Addendums.

Detailed commercial tender evaluation reports (Tender analysis report) and advice on commercial compliance.

Draft Letters of award and review proposed Contract documents to ensure conformity.

Assist the Lead Consultant/Client in negotiations with contractors and suppliers.
Contract Administration
Timely flow of information to enable project accomplishment as per contract. Our experienced administrators are ready to fulfill requirements on a full-time or part-time basis.
Change Management
- Administrate variations including contractual entitlement and valuation.
- Prepare Request for Changes (RFC's) and obtain necessary approvals.
- Evaluate Contractor's submission of variations in compliance with procedures.
Payment
- Verify advance, interim and final payment applications.
- Verify priced statements for day work basis with substantiation.
- Deal with project notices (claims, delays, changes) in accordance with Contract.
Bonds & Insurance
- Commercial content review of bonds, guarantees, and insurances.
- Monitor compliance in accordance with Contract.
Project Financial Reporting
- Advise on commercial performance through Project Financial Reports.
Final Account & Closeout
- Prepare final accounts incorporating re-measurements, variations, and claims.
- Ensure all recoveries are adjusted and issue final payment certificate.
